Child Care First Aid Course – 28th April 2021 Tuncurry

Child Care First Aid (HLTAID004), officially Provide an Emergency First Aid Response in an Education and Care Setting, is the industry standard, Nationally Recognised (AQF) First Aid course that meets the Australian Children’s Education & Care Quality Authority (ACECQA) First Aid, anaphylaxis and asthma management training requirements of child care educators. It includes Provide CPR (HLTAID001).

Course Format
This is a blended (primarily online) course. Participants complete theory learning and assessment online prior to the course (approximate duration 0.5 – 4.5hr – dependant on individual’s prior knowledge) and then attend a face to face session to complete their practical skills and assessments (approximate duration 2 hrs).
