5. How long do the first aid courses typically go for?

The practical sessions durations of our first aid courses are:

  • Provide First Aid: Approximately 2 hours.
  • Provide CPR: Approximately 45 minutes
  • Child Care First Aid: Approximately 2 hours.

In additional to the practical sessions, you will also complete an e-learning component in your own time.

6. Are your first aid courses nationally recognised?

Yes, all our first aid courses are nationally recognised and comply with the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) standards. They are issued by our RTO Partner – Healthcorp.

7. Do you offer group training sessions?

Yes, we provide group training for businesses, schools, and other organisations in Port Macquarie and across the Hastings and Macleay. We can either deliver the training onsite at your venue or organise a venue for you if needed.

8. How often should I renew my first aid certification?

It’s recommended to renew your Provide First Aid certification every three years and your CPR certification annually to ensure your skills and knowledge remain current.
