Awesome First Aid Courses!

everything-is-awesomeWhenever we deliver our First Aid courses, we also love to receive feedback from our participants. This lets us known what our participants are loving about our First Aid courses and the ways in which we can improve. We are always looking at ways to make our First Aid courses the best they can be.

Last Saturday we delivered another Provide First Aid, Provide CPR and Child Care First Aid (HLTAID004) courses in Port Macquarie. Not only did we have a whole lot of fun teaching the First Aid but it was great to see everyone enjoying themselves while learning some truly life saving skills.

While we received a tonne of great feedback and comments from participants at the course, we really liked one review in particular. While only a short review, we loved it because it captures what we looking to achieve and how we want to our participants to feel, at everyone of our First Aid courses. The review just had one single word, in large capital letters, the word “Awesome!”.
