Teammates Save Teenager`s Life

footballer first aidA good news story for Friday. Quick thinking football club mates have saved the life of Queensland teenager with the use of CPR.

Members of the Loganholme Football Club reacted quickly when Lucas Dyer suffered, without warning, a heart attack during an afternoon training session. The first aiders started CPR immediately and continued until paramedics arrived.

It was 45 minutes before the boy was successfully revived. He is making a slow but steady recovery. Full story
