Ever thought about being a First Aider at the Running of the Bulls? The annual Running of the Bulls in Pamplona, Spain always presents us with some truly unique and graphic injuries. This year’s Running of the Bulls has been no exception. 23 people were reported to be injured in today’s running alone, including an Irishman who suffered serious chest injuries.

For those interested, The Daily Mail’s gallery (and here) shows some of the carnage of the event. In one video, a man is shown being physically dragged away from a bull after being repeatedly gored in the groin and upper thigh. In another shot, an American man is pinned through the shoulder against a fence. In a final video, a passageway is clogged with people and steers are forced to jump into and over the crowd.
